- With Document Control & Supply Chain Team: Liaison with document control and supply chain teams for efficient project execution.
- Develop Engineering Execution plan & Schedule: Creation of a detailed engineering execution plan and schedule.
- Develop Master Engineering Deliverables list in line with WBS: Development of a comprehensive list of engineering deliverables aligned with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Make clear Inter-Disciplines Responsibilities Matrix: Definition of roles and responsibilities among various engineering disciplines.
- Facilitate Inter Disciplines Procedures Implementation: Implementation of procedures for interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Manage & Monitor Engineering Hours and Deliverables Progress: Tracking and management of engineering hours and deliverables progress.
- Weekly / Monthly Engineering Progress Report: Preparation of regular engineering progress reports.
Implementation of quality control and assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
